Business Partner Role

We are looking for a Business Partner to empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly evolving world. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

The successful candidate will make an impact by understanding the business and its strategy, actively participating in decision-making across all facets of the organization. They will also ensure the implementation of global HR initiatives and lead and contribute to the implementation of HR programs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Understanding the business and its strategy, actively participating in decision-making across all facets of the organization.
  • Ensuring the implementation of global HR initiatives.
  • Leading and contributing to the implementation of HR programs.
  • Coaching and enabling leaders to be more effective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • PHR, SHRM, or CIPD certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
