Job Summary

This role involves partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
    • Talent Acquisition: Work with the hiring team to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and participate in the recruitment process.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, while promoting a positive work environment.
    • Performance Management: Facilitate the performance appraisal process, provide guidance on goal-setting, and assist in developing performance improvement plans as needed.
    • Policy and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
    • Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for employee development, training, and career growth, and work on initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Support compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews.

  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in the Human Resource department with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • HR certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
    • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
