This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our recruitment team as a Junior Technical Recruiter. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs.
Responsibilities- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who can collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing potential candidates through various channels and screening them to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision-making process.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline is also a crucial aspect of this role.
Requirements
- A relevant degree, such as Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical recruitment or a related field would be beneficial.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- You should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and be proactive.
- You will work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is advantageous but not necessary.
