Junior Technical Recruiter

Dubizzle Labs is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our growing staffing needs.
This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and exposure to various aspects of technical recruitment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs, source and identify potential candidates, and build relationships with them to create a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing and Identification: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and identify potential candidates who possess the required skills and experience.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring that only the most suitable candidates proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.
- Coordinating Interviews and Decision-Making: Assist hiring managers in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision-making process to ensure that the best candidate is selected for each role.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, ensuring that all necessary information is readily available and easily accessible.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline, enabling us to quickly fill future roles with high-quality candidates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 0 – 6 months of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Desirable Skills: Strong desire to learn and grow in the recruitment industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, team player with a positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus, but not essential.
