E-Commerce Operations Director

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of an e-commerce platform, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently.

The E-Commerce Operations Director will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing order fulfillment processes, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order placement to delivery.
  • Customer Service: Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and inventory management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
