We are seeking a senior business development professional to drive growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role:Key responsibilities include developing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning our services effectively.
Responsibilities:- Develop strong connections with potential clients and tailor our offerings to meet their requirements.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, focusing on securing long-term and lucrative contracts.
- Pursue proactive outreach, networking, and business development activities to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals highlighting our IT & software services and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft comprehensive and competitive proposals.
- Excellent communication skills in English for international client interaction.
- A Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining motivation and accountability.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Results-driven individual with a passion for achieving targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address client needs creatively.
