Job Requisition:

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in managing Oracle ERP modules (HRMS/Payroll). A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferred.

  • Ensure that HR/Payroll modules and system related issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage end user requirements and expectations for the smooth operation of ERP modules.
  • Analyze current HR and Payroll systems to suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement proposed suggestions and provide training as needed.
  • Develop new modules based on approved suggestions and ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support to end users to ensure business continuity.
  • Drive Business Process Re-engineering projects, including comprehensive training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary objective of this position is to oversee, maintain, and deliver company ERP engagements to ensure the effective functioning of HR and Payroll modules.

We seek an individual who can analyze emerging trends, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies for enhancing system and process efficiency.
