Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing direct patient care, managing medication administration, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care by adhering to therapeutic standards and protocols.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of nursing care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve patient problems and needs.
  • Perform delegated tasks and duties as directed by the ward in charge or Nursing Coordinator.
  • Foster a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
  • Assist doctors with procedures, prepare patients for these procedures, and ensure necessary equipment is available.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in nursing services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individual.
