Grow Business Revenue and Foster Long-Term Client Relationships
As a key account manager, you will play a crucial role in growing the company's revenue by building long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and collaborate with clients to gather and define project requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs through requirement gathering activities.
- Collaborate with clients to set and manage their expectations early, ensuring timely communication and coordination between the client and project manager.
- Perform UAT for assigned projects and provide walkthroughs of the latest mobile app builds features and functionalities to assigned clients.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess prior experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a zest in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent people management skills are also essential.
