Data Platform Support Specialist

As a key contributor to our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our users by providing top-notch technical support and guidance.
You'll collaborate closely with various departments to drive customer satisfaction and retention while working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer expert technical assistance through multiple channels.
- Analyze and resolve issues with API integrations and data workflows.
- Train customers on utilizing AI-driven personalization and automation.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Engineers, and Product Teams.
- Promote customer retention and upsell opportunities through exceptional service delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing tech roles (Support, CS, Sales Engineering).
- Proficiency in SQL or willingness to acquire it.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for APIs, SaaS tools, and data pipelines.
- Superb communication skills (written and verbal).
- A growth mindset, eager to learn AI, CDPs, and big data concepts.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
