Job Summary
The Call Center Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring business objectives are met and resources are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing and Schedule Adherence: Manage staff scheduling to meet customer service demands while maintaining optimal productivity levels.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance team members' skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality standards, conducting regular assessments to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to performance metrics.
- Provider Scheduling Template Review: Collaborate with providers to review and refine scheduling templates, ensuring seamless integration with call center operations.
- Protocol Development and Maintenance: Design and implement effective protocols for managing customer interactions, enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in call center operations and management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies, appointment scheduling, and registration processes.
- Strong understanding of call center operations and management practices.
