Enterprise Sales Executive

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Leader to lead our corporate sales team and drive revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet targets, identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach and networking, and presenting proposals and negotiating contracts to close sales.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments and collaborating with technical teams to design solutions, maintaining client relationships and ensuring satisfaction, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, 2+ years of successful IT sales experience, and a basic understanding of hardware products/brands from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, ProDevice, and others.

- 2+ years of successful IT sales experience
- Basic understanding of hardware products/brands including Client, Server, Storage, Media Degausser and CCTV solutions from industry leaders such as Hikvision, Dell, Huawei, Lenovo, H3C, ProDevice and others
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
