Job Title: Procurement Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced procurement expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for sourcing goods both domestically and internationally.

Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, monitor material availability, and handle complaints regarding shortages.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing goods from domestic and international suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Maintaining close contact with Warehouse Manager and Order Management teams
  • Monitoring delivery timelines and handling any issues that may arise
  • Ensuring material availability and managing material discontinuations
  • Handling customer complaints regarding shortages
Requirements
  • Completed graduation degree
  • Proven ability to work independently and think critically
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and WMS
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages an asset
