
Regional Sales Director

Job Overview:
- The Area Manager is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans and strategies for volume delivery and sustainable growth in the area;
- Monitor daily/weekly business performance;
- Increase numeric and weighted distribution of Unilever Brands and SKUs;
- Achieve Intelligent Quantum and Field Capability Score KPI's on monthly basis;
- Stock management and ensure secondary CCFOT as per given targets;
- Ensure quality of sales and distribution;
- Implement all new Initiatives and category specific plans;
- Increase direct coverage versus relevant universe;
- Achieve perfect store and all visibility initiatives KPI's;
- Ensure customer's required finances and Profitability (ROI);
- Train and develop Territory Managers;
- Resource allocation;
- Optimize utilization of IT tools;
- Customize distribution models as per need basis;
- Territory and outlet management;
- Implement Joint Business Plan and regular reviews to ensure compliance;
- Provide feedback and suggestions on competitor activities;
- Ensure best practices of warehousing and FIFO at both distributor and trade;
- Follow audit guidelines by Unilever;
- Share Unilever Safety discussion points and recommended behaviors through TMs;
- Ensure that distributor operations and processes are safe and are guided by Unilever safety policies and principles.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree is required, candidates with MBA will be preferred;
- At least 3 – 4 years of sales experience is required.

- Ability to negotiate in complex circumstances;
- Possesses strong bias for action.
