
Technical Support Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with extensive experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex systems. They will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless performance of our applications and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with Development and Quality Assurance teams to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
- Incident Management: Take ownership of high-priority incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Change and Problem Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and document changes to the processing environment, minimizing disruption and ensuring compliance with ITIL framework standards.
Requirements:
- Strong Technical Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in technical support roles.
- Hands-on Experience: Proficiency in Azure Application Insights for log analysis, backend APIs, SQL query optimization, and monitoring tools like New Relic and Splunk.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and strong communication skills to escalate issues to L3 engineers or developers when required.
