
Principal Education Leader

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to serve as our Primary School Principal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting high standards of learning and teaching, recruiting and developing talented teachers, and fostering a culture of mutual respect and collaboration.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong track record in education leadership, with experience in curriculum development, staff management, and student achievement. You will be responsible for leading a team of teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education to students, while also maintaining positive relationships with parents and the wider community.
You will be expected to:
- Promote evidence-based learning and teaching practices across the school, focusing on student improvement and progress.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent among our teaching staff, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, respect, and collaboration, where all members of the school community feel valued and motivated.
This role involves a range of responsibilities, including:
Academic Responsibilities:- Leading the implementation of the Teacher Selection process to ensure quality recruitment.
- Developing and implementing a school improvement plan based on need analysis.
- Monitoring classroom quality through lesson planners and observations.
- Enhancing teacher quality through demo sessions and feedback.
- Monitoring student performance through regular assessments and evaluations.
- Managing co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, libraries, laboratories, and academic resources to support student growth.
- Attending training sessions and conducting on-the-job training for faculty.
- Conducting term tests and examinations transparently and on time.
- BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS by promoting awareness about education for all children and encouraging enrollment.
- Maintaining required student strength through effective enrollment strategies.
- Outreach to teachers and maintaining a CV bank.
- Coordinating with HR for staff hiring, retention, and performance management.
- Maintaining discipline and promoting positive character building among students and staff.
- Managing staff leaves and attendance to minimize classroom disruptions.
- Supervising the admin assistant in accounts and other matters.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date school accounts.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of the building and premises.
- Managing utility services efficiently.
- Coordinating with the supervisor on board-related matters.
- Implementing TCF policies and ensuring school activities align accordingly.
- Timely submitting reports and documents.
