As a vital member of our office team, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our workplace.
Job DescriptionThis individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure efficient and professional reception services, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communication with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide general administrative support to all departments, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents as required.
- Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks, such as arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, and responding to requests for information.
- Act as a liaison between departments, providing secretarial assistance, and communicating with senior officials and other important personnel/clients when necessary.
- Strong initiative and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of telephone etiquette.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, email, and internet, with strong stress and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
This role requires a high level of judgment in prioritizing tasks and dealing with communication at all levels.
Professional Qualifications- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
