
Administrative Support Specialist

As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day administrative functions.
About the Role- Provide proactive and detail-oriented support to manage office administration, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Supervise support staff and ensure optimal functioning of office facilities.
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and vendor management to meet operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative expenses and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with HR and IT departments for onboarding support and employee integration.
- E nsure compliance with health, safety, and company regulations.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with third-party vendors and contractors.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and training logistics to enhance team productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation for assets, licenses, contracts, and other critical records.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or facility management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with statutory and compliance requirements is an asset.
