Junior Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who possess the skills and qualifications required for success in this role.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit within our organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and gather feedback on candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages that align with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to inform future hiring decisions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices, including the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
