Talent Acquisition Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and presenting top talent for technical and non-technical positions.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities. They will develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles, post job advertisements on relevant platforms, and screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.

The successful candidate will also manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive recruitment experience, maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management, facilitate seamless onboarding of successful hires, establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and talent sources, and represent the company at job fairs and industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Manage candidate communication, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding of successful hires.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and talent sources.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and industry events.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, skills, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with technical recruitment experience preferred.
