As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for Product Experience Analyst roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture top candidates through creative strategies.

Candidate Screening & Experience

  • Conduct initial screens and assessments to evaluate candidates for role fit and culture alignment.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on success criteria.

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Maintain organized recruitment documentation and analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks.

Employer Branding

  • Represent Our Company at career fairs and virtual events to strengthen our employer brand.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required.

Experience in Talent Acquisition

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment are necessary.

Strong Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders are essential.

Prior Hiring Experience

  • Prior experience hiring for customer experience or support roles is a plus.
