The ideal candidate will hold a professional degree in Accounting or Finance, with certifications such as ACCA or CA (Final).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monthly and year-end process management
  • Accounts payable/receivable management
  • Cash receipts management
  • General ledger management
  • Payroll and utilities management
  • Treasury and budgeting management
  • Cash forecasting
  • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • Capital assets reconciliations
  • Bank account statement reconciliations
  • Fixed asset activity
  • Debt activity
Additional Account Management Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the company's Financial Statement
  • Periodic updates to the Company's Trial Balance, Statement of comprehensive income and Profit and Loss Statement
  • Managing pre-payments, accruals, and arrears schedule
  • Reporting and filing of monthly/annually Sales/Income Tax returns
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Coordinating and completing annual audits
  • Providing recommendations for improvements
  • Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions
