Accounting Recruiter

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting potential candidates in the Accounting industry.

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates requires strong research and analytical skills.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • They will manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
  • Participation in job fairs and networking events is also expected.


Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Process
    • Source and screen potential candidates in the Accounting industry by using various techniques such as social media, job boards, and referrals.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
    • Conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and experience.
    • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment databases to ensure efficient communication and follow-up.
