About Our Position

This role involves serving as a technical expert and strategic partner for our clients, helping them design and implement seamless integrations using AI-powered platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise integration, with a strong background in API architecture, RESTful & GraphQL APIs, and event-driven integrations.

Key responsibilities include designing and architecting scalable solutions, providing technical guidance to clients, developing proof-of-concept integrations, optimizing for scalability and performance, driving API and automation excellence, ensuring security and compliance, collaborating across teams, educating and enabling clients, mentoring and leading junior solution engineers.

The successful candidate will have a strong communication skillset, enabling them to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
