Job Title: HubSpot Expert – Outbound Sales Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Expert to join our team as an Outbound Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, optimizing sales funnels, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and qualify leads, book sales meetings, and maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales outreach with ongoing campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM (workflows, automation, reporting).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- B2B or SaaS sales experience is a plus.
