Senior Quality Assurance Professional

The Senior QA Officer is responsible for establishing and maintaining a quality management system in clinical and non-clinical departments. This involves conducting quality rounds, weekly check list rounds, assisting in planning departmental tasks, and performing internal audits.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a Quality Management System that meets industry standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and team members to plan and execute departmental tasks.
- Identify areas for improvement through internal audits and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain accurate databases for the quality system.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of QA officers to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant quality legislation and compliance issues.
- Prepare and present reports on quality rounds, weekly check lists, and internal audits.
- Drive continuous improvement through quality management systems projects.
MBBS, Pharm-D, M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Microbiology), Bachelors in Physical Therapy, or MBA/MPA/Internal Audit Course is preferred, along with 5-6 years' experience in a Hospital/Health Care Setting. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective stakeholder and team interaction.
