Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the quality and compliance of our advanced wound care products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine quality checks, performing tests, and maintaining precise records of QC activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with wound care products, sterilization processes, and GMP/ISO standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Testing & Analysis: Perform various tests (e.g., sterility, moisture content, tensile strength) on wound care products.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise records of QC activities, including inspection results, test data, and non-conformity reports.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all QC procedures meet GMP, ISO, and local regulatory standards.
