Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of our office and residential facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily cleaning and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to maintain good hygiene.
  • Regular mopping and dusting of floors to prevent dirt buildup.
  • Collecting kitchenware from offices and meeting rooms, washing dishes, and conducting daily inspections.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, restocking essential supplies like toilet paper, soap, and hand towels.
  • Providing exceptional housekeeping services for guesthouse rooms and premises, including windows and doors.
  • Reporting supply needs to management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Daily cleaning of site entry areas, public spaces, meeting rooms, clinics, reception areas, and halls to maintain a clean environment.
  • Performing frequent toilet cleans, including toilet bowls, washing basins, mirrors, walls, and floors.
  • Cleaning and wiping building entrance glass doors and frames.
  • Regularly cleaning all desks and chairs to maintain a tidy workspace.

Additional duties may be assigned based on operational requirements.
