Job Description

The role of a Plant Engineer involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of various systems within a facility.

Plant engineers are responsible for ensuring that all systems are functioning properly, identifying and resolving issues with plant equipment, and making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: The ability to identify and resolve issues with plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, and air handling units.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Education: A minimum of an Intermediate (FSC) degree or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Certification: A 2nd Class Boiler Engineer Competence Certificate is necessary.
