Senior Freelance Platform Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned professional to identify and capitalize on business opportunities across various freelance platforms. This critical role is instrumental in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and solidifying our presence in the software development sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Outreach & Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies using Upwork, LinkedIn, and email marketing to generate high-quality leads, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals that showcase expertise in software development, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and highlighting key differentiators.
  • Bid Management & Optimization: Monitor bid performance, adjust strategies to improve conversion rates, and analyze past bids to identify areas for improvement and increase win rates.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building: Maintain strong communication with prospective clients through timely responses, follow-ups, and addressing inquiries, building long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with the software development team to provide accurate project estimations, timelines, and detailed technical inputs for client proposals.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the software development domain to tailor bids and proposals accordingly.
