Job Opportunity

As a Freelance Bidder, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential projects on freelancing platforms and crafting compelling proposals to secure business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Research: Identify industry trends and locate high-potential clients on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Bidding Strategy: Ensure timely bidding with a strategic approach to improve conversion rates.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to increase business opportunities.
  • Profile Optimization: Optimize profiles and portfolios on Upwork and other platforms for maximum visibility.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of bids, conversions, and client interactions.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in bidding on freelancing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of freelancing platform algorithms, project filtering, and bidding strategies.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and craft winning proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting.
