Role Summary:

Translate an English training manual into Urdu to support the Bible translation efforts for deaf and blind individuals worldwide, using Symbolic Universal Notation (SUN).

This role requires fluency in both English and Urdu, basic computer skills, and regular access to a computer and the internet.

  • Translate accurate and clear Urdu text from the provided English training manual.
  • Collaborate with the project team as needed to ensure high-quality results.

Approximately 10-12 hours of service per week are expected. This volunteer opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute language skills to bring the Gospel to those who need it most.

Work Arrangement: Remote work arrangements are available for this role. Completion time may vary, but this project should take several months.

By participating in this project, you will help advance Bible translation efforts and make Scripture accessible to all.
