HR Generalist Manager

We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, requiring at least 1 to 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a structured work environment by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
- Support organization staff by developing a comprehensive recruiting program, advising managers on candidate selection, conducting exit interviews, and recommending improvements.
- Prepare employees for assignments through established orientation and training programs.
- Manage compensation plans by conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling job evaluations, preparing pay budgets, monitoring individual pay actions, and recommending pay structure revisions.
- Evaluate employee performance by training managers to coach and discipline employees, scheduling management conferences, hearing grievances, and counseling supervisors.
- Oversee human resource operational requirements by scheduling employees, assigning tasks, and following up on work results.
- Lead the HR team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training personnel.
- Enhance HR team results by providing guidance and support to employees and planning, monitoring, and appraising job outcomes.
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
