We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide expert guidance on software and hardware requirements, troubleshoot technical problems, and handle escalated issues.

This role involves working closely with clients to resolve technical issues efficiently, identifying root causes of IT problems, and implementing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Root cause analysis of basic IT issues
  • Task management and customer handling skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware
  • Provide expert guidance on software and hardware requirements
  • Handle escalated issues and implement effective solutions

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Graduation in Computer Science
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in oral and written English
