Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for lead generation and order conversion, preferably within service-based or local business sectors
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns for business results, with clear examples of achieving substantial order and revenue growth—not just lead generation
  • Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models
  • Strong experience in full-funnel optimization, including landing page and sales process alignment

  • Meta Blueprint Certification or similar credentials preferred (may be substituted by exceptional experience)
