Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Expert to oversee all quality assurance activities across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably with a degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as business studies or business administration.
Key responsibilities include defining, enforcing, and reviewing current policy, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements, and identifying employee training needs.
Job Requirements- Audit and test activities will need to be validated and coordinated.
- The ability to monitor your own performance and that of your colleagues is essential.
- You will also be responsible for reviewing all current quality systems and making recommendations to streamline and improve compliance.
We require a proactive Quality Assurance Manager who will play a key role in shaping the behavior of employees and supporting functions of the operation.
- Results-oriented, with a willingness to commit to a direction and drive operations to completion.
- Strong business management and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
