We are seeking a Senior Priority Relationship Manager to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and meeting the Bank's strategic objectives by developing and managing relationships with high-profile clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new, high-value clients for our Priority Banking portfolio.">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients within the assigned portfolio, addressing queries, resolving issues, and improving overall satisfaction.">
  • Cross-sell relevant products to clients based on their specific needs and preferences.">
  • Increase wealth management penetration in the assigned portfolio by identifying opportunities to add new clients to our wealth management services.">
  • Migrate clients to digital banking channels for routine transactions, enhancing convenience and efficiency.">
  • Pursue and convert assigned leads into new business opportunities.">
  • Maintain regular client contact as per established guidelines, ensuring ongoing relationship development and growth.">
  • Implement targeted interventions to enhance the client journey experience in our Priority Banking segment.">

This role involves close collaboration with various departments, including Branch Operations, Centralized Operations, Segments, Products, Client Experience, HR, Client Acquisition, and Client Care Centre.
