Key Responsibilities

">
  1. ">
  2. Manage all the training needs of the organization, including new hire trainings, product & system, and performance management.">
  3. Conduct engaging trainings on generic skills and orientation programs, ensuring newly recruited individuals are optimally performing with established benchmarks.">
  4. Rundown the full cycle of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with other stakeholders.">
  5. Manage learning and compliance by timely rolling out the training calendar aligned to the needs and requirements.">
  6. Oversee training courses and materials to maintain quality, consistency, and evaluate training effectiveness.">
  7. Drive development of facilitation and coaching skills in line managers. Stay abreast of latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning methodologies, and developments in learning contents.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development.">
  • Demonstrated capacity and interest to integrate need for business results with people-oriented approach.">
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business field.">
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.">
  • Track record in developing and implementing new training programs.">
  • Critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.">
  • Proficient in MS Office and related business and communication tools.">
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training techniques like 70-20-10 and Self-Directed Learning Model.">
