Job Description:

The Program Director will oversee programmatic, research, administrative, operational, and financial activities to ensure alignment with the organization's objectives.   • Implement key programmatic and research components of the Lung Health Program
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and provincial government officials
  • Organize program activities in accordance with the organization's mission and goals
  • Maintain a good understanding of research principles and participate in the research-oriented culture of the program
  • Manage a diverse team with various talents and responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and integrity of team members and fieldwork through training and regular monitoring
  • Conduct routine site visits to intervention sites and troubleshoot issues regularly
  • Contribute to the conceptual direction of the lung health program
  • Synthesize work plans, timelines, budgets, and reports across multiple sites
  • Collaborate closely with departmental teams
