Program Manager – The Health Foundation (Karachi)

The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading nationwide Hepatitis-related projects, planning all aspects of work including project proposals, budgets, timelines, and team management. They will have strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and project teams. This individual should be able to foresee challenges, ensure compliance, and act proactively to ensure smooth execution of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee Hepatitis projects across Pakistan.
  • Develop project proposals, budgets, timelines, and operational strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate field activities through site visits.
  • Ensure SOP compliance, audits, and reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Guide and support project teams for successful execution.
  • Facilitate communication across all relevant teams.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA / MPH / MPM / MDS / MSS).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in program/project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to anticipate risks and implement timely solutions.
