About The Role

We are looking for Customer Service and Support professionals to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have the skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and promptly respond to emails.
  • Handle customer inquiries and calls effectively.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and support roles with international companies.
  • Experience in order processing and order management.
  • An exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in call handling and customer service.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRMs.
  • eCommerce industry experience will be preferred.
Interpersonal and Soft Skills
  • A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A team player (cooperates and works well with team members).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly and simply, both orally and in writing.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to multitask efficiently.
