Customer Support Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide solutions to customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including quality metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements:
- 6 months – 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Familiarity with QA standards, CSAT goals, and call handling SOPs.
- Confidence in managing pressure and staying calm during high call volumes.
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for service excellence.
