- Confirm customer orders and resolve delivery-related queries.
- Share accurate product information and guide customers effectively.
- Understand issues and forward complaints when necessary.
- Handle calls with a polite, professional tone to ensure a top-level customer experience.
- Maintain AHT (Average Handling Time) and follow all QA and call ethics protocols.
- Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) by resolving queries efficiently.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
Location: Karachi | Full-Time | On-Site
Ideal Candidate Should Have:- 6 months – 1 year of experience in inbound/outbound customer support.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Familiarity with QA standards, CSAT goals, and call handling SOPs.
- Confidence in managing pressure and staying calm during high call volumes.
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for service excellence.
