Responsibilities

  1. Confirm customer orders and resolve delivery-related queries.
  2. Share accurate product information and guide customers effectively.
  3. Understand issues and forward complaints when necessary.
  4. Handle calls with a polite, professional tone to ensure a top-level customer experience.
  5. Maintain AHT (Average Handling Time) and follow all QA and call ethics protocols.
  6. Ensure high CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) by resolving queries efficiently.
  7. Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
We're Hiring – Call Support Executive (Inbound/Outbound)

Location: Karachi | Full-Time | On-Site

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
  1. 6 months – 1 year of experience in inbound/outbound customer support.
  2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  3. Familiarity with QA standards, CSAT goals, and call handling SOPs.
  4. Confidence in managing pressure and staying calm during high call volumes.
  5. A customer-first attitude with a passion for service excellence.
