Key Paralegal Position Available

We are seeking a detail-oriented paralegal with litigation and transactional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil procedure, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, filing documents with courts and regulatory bodies, conducting research, and managing client communications.

Responsibilities
  • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys in dispute resolution, trial preparation, and case management.
  • Transactional Services: Support business transactions, contract preparation, and corporate documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience in litigation and transactional law.
  • Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure and litigation processes.
  • Proven experience in drafting, organizing, and filing legal documents.
  • Familiarity with corporate and business transactions.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
