Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Pakistani laws and regulations, with a focus on commercial and corporate law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth legal research, preparing detailed project plans, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and providing expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.

In addition, the legal professional will assist in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters, monitoring changes in laws and regulations, and supporting compliance efforts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal research databases.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive legal research on various issues relevant to the company's operations.
  • Preparing detailed estimates and project plans for all phases of the project.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the legal team in managing litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Monitoring changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's business activities.
  • Assisting in compliance efforts by conducting internal audits and developing compliance policies and procedures.
