Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with Leadership to manage high-priority clients, providing regular updates and insights on account health and satisfaction.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, addressing questions or issues promptly and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
- Maintain open lines of communication with Leadership to ensure alignment on key client needs and expectations.
- Collect client feedback, share insights with internal teams, and contribute to product and process improvements.
- Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, interviews, and check-ins, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Provide client insights, prepare reports, and assist with strategic planning for client success.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience of 4-5 years in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector or Call Center.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Evening Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM (PKT)
