
Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on prospecting, managing outbound calls, customer retention, activation, and upselling to prospective clients.
The ideal candidate will engage with customers, maximize value, and develop strategies to grow our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios
- Sustain business growth and profitability through upselling
- Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience
- Conduct product demonstrations for customers
- Improve onboarding processes
- Evaluate and enhance tutorials and communication infrastructure
- Mediate between clients and the organization
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
- Reduce customer churn
- Assist in product design and development
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in customer success, service, sales, communications, or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask; self-driven and proactive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrate leadership qualities
- High computer literacy and quick learner of new software
- Knowledge of customer success processes and experience in document creation
- Patience, active listening skills, and a passion for sales
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Over 1 year of successful revenue-based sales experience
- Understanding of data protection technologies
