Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Product Manager. This role involves coordinating and implementing initiatives for various brands, working closely with different departments to ensure ethical marketing practices, and managing product portfolios to meet business objectives.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term and short-term business plans, preparing campaign and tactical plans, and executing those plans according to schedule. You will also identify new opportunities in assigned categories and develop plans for their rollout, monitor performance of products against plan, and carry out changes as necessary to ensure targets are achieved.

In addition, you will evaluate and recommend product, pricing, promotion, and placement strategies based on comprehensive market analysis. You will also manage budgets efficiently, align and coordinate with all departments to implement marketing plans, and regularly monitor competitors' activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Worked as Assistant Product Manager in a multinational Pharmaceutical company for 2-4 years.
  • Field Sales experience would be preferred.
  • Exposure to ATL & BTL would be an added advantage.
