Senior Cards Portfolio Manager Job Description

This role involves leading the development of Mastercard's Cards Portfolio as a strategic advisor. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, developing market-driven products, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage portfolio growth and customer lifecycle engagement through data-driven decision making
  • Support strategy development for credit card growth and customer campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementation
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams for product roll-out and performance monitoring, leveraging expertise in project management tools
  • Lead large-scale projects from initiation to benefits realization, driving results-oriented outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10-12 years of experience in cards product management, with a strong background in project management
  • Knowledge of the payments industry, including market trends and customer needs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred, with a focus on business strategy or related field
Additional Requirements:
  • Regional experience (GCC preferred), with fluency in local language and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, with ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Willingness to travel, with flexibility in work schedule
