As a Senior Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement client engagement strategies, leveraging your expertise in market analysis and competitor research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them, working closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze market data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on marketing and sales strategy.
- 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the BPO sector, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
