Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement client engagement strategies, leveraging your expertise in market analysis and competitor research.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them, working closely with senior managers and cross-functional teams.
  4. Analyze market data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a focus on marketing and sales strategy.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the BPO sector, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
